Summer is here! There's no denying it. It's finally hot enough for us to complain about how hot it is ;-)


Summer is a time when many of us head off on holiday to find rest and relaxation and a change of scenery in an attempt to escape our non-stop, 'yang' lifestyles. But why not indulge and recharge with Respira Yoga right here, on your doorstep?

If you have to miss a class you can make it up by attending another class during the term. For example, if you go on holiday, you can use up your missed classes by coming to 2 classes in one week. Luxury Unplug & Reconnect Yoga Retreat, 14 – 16 Dec


We are thrilled to announce our first ever Boutique Yoga Retreat taking place in stunning East Sussex Countryside.


Step away from the frenetic pace of life and join us, pre-festive season, to spend a cosy weekend in luxurious converted barn accommodation surrounded by nature, whilst delving deep into the magic of yoga.


Perfect for complete beginners and experienced practitioners who would like to deepen their practice alike. This healing and nurturing weekend will allow you to slow down and find light and inspiration for the festive season and the coming new year. A wonderful, nourishing opportunity to pause and reset your rhythm, get back in sync with nature and rebalance for the winter season.

Summer Fun Day in West Harrow Park - Sat 14th July


Be sure to come along to this fun, summer day out in our beautiful park & enjoy your Free Respira Yoga session at 3pm! Simply come along and bring your own yoga mat, water & hat.


If you didn't make it to any of our classes in the park last year, then here is your chance to experience the liberating and grounding affects of practicing yoga outside to the sounds of nature, surrounded by nothing but trees, blue skies & clouds.  




It is also a wonderful way for our community to get together to celebrate summer, wellness and our beautiful local park that we are so blessed to enjoy.  Let’s get together to breathe, energise and evolve.
