Step away from the frenetic pace of life and join us to spend cosy weekends in luxurious accommodation surrounded by lush nature, whilst delving deep into the magic of yoga.  These retreats are perfect for complete beginners and experienced practitioners who would like to deepen their practice alike.

Enjoy healthy, nourishing meals, twice daily yoga, free time to relax and unwind with a book or treat yourself to a massage or other treatment.  Surrender into bliss as you allow the layers of stress to peel away in your chosen gorgeous sanctuary.  Enjoy beautiful walks, taking in the uninterrupted views of glorious landscapes.

Pricing & Booking 

If you're tempted to come along booking your spot is easy!  Simply click here to pay your non-refundable £200 deposit (stating your room preference) and be sure to put the date in your diary!  We will contact you 10 weeks before the retreat to take payment of the balance. If you prefer to pay in full now please email us to arrange.   Please read the Retreat Terms and Conditions before booking your spot.

-  Mindfulness meditations and guided relaxation

Example Retreat Itinerary:

Friday 

5pm onwards: Arrivals.  Chill out with a cup of herbal tea, snuggle down in your inviting room and meet the group

6pm-7.30pm: Evening Yoga. Gentle, healing yoga to ease you into the weekend

7.30pm: Welcome Feast

9.00pm: Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, a soothing guided meditation, easing you into a deep relaxation to set you up for an incredible night’s sleep

10pm: Bedtime!

Saturday

7.30am: Pre-yoga tea/coffee/protein snacks/fruit

8.30am-10am: Morning Hatha yoga and pranayama (controlled breathing) and relaxation.

10am: Nourishing Breakfast

11am –  6pm: Free time for walking, exploring, reading or a massage

2.30pm: Delicious Lunch

6pm – 7.30pm: Evening Yin Yoga Immersion - melting into deep, long held stretches bringing deep rest to the mind & nervous system & lasting structural change to the body.

7.30pm: Sumptuous Dinner

9.00pm: A calming & healing Guided Meditation

10pm: Bedtime!

Sunday

7.30am: Pre-yoga tea/coffee/protein snacks/fruit

8.30am-10am: Vinyasa Yoga, invigorating and rinsing the whole body, soothing the mind and peeling away and remaining layers of stress. Pranayama and Relaxation

10am: Nourishing Breakfast

11am – 1pm: Free time for walking, exploring, reading or a massage

1pm: Yummy Lunch

2pm: Retreat Ends

Healthy, Delicious Food

Fresh, vibrant cuisine prepared by the on-site chef, opting for organic, locally sourced produce where possible. Expect to eat the rainbow!  Food is vegan/vegetarian but if you have any further dietary requirements, please let us know at time of booking.
