Yoga for Tweens & Teens
With over 11 years’ experience as a yoga teacher, I offer yoga classes for tweens and teens. I have undertaken additional specialist training focused on teaching yoga to young people, and my classes are adapted to support physical development, emotional regulation, and self-confidence.

Ages 11–14 (Tweens & Younger Teens)
This class is designed specifically for tweens and younger teenagers, supporting growing bodies through age-appropriate yoga, breathing, and relaxation. Sessions focus on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness in a way that feels accessible, positive, and supportive.
Classes also gently introduce tools for focus, confidence, and emotional regulation, helping students navigate physical changes and school-age pressures. Led by myself, Isabelle, a Yoga Alliance–trained teacher with over 11 years’ experience and specialist training in teaching yoga to young people, classes are calm, inclusive, and adaptable for all abilities.
