According to traditional text, Fish pose, Matsyasana,

is ‘the destroyer of all diseases'.

What more can you ask for from a yoga asana?

In case you need more convincing, Matsyasana also stretches and stimulates the organs of the belly and throat, strengthens the muscles of the upper back and neck, improves posture and helps to relieve constipation, respiratory ailments, mild backache, fatigue and anxiety.

Join us this Friday 10.30am @ YMCA, Harrow to breathe, energise, evolve & melt your cares away. Also don’t forget to book your November/December Yoga Class Pass ASAP to ensure you get a spot at your preferred class.
