Our constantly switched-on way of life can deplete and exhaust us, placing huge strain on the nervous system with all sorts of repercussions for our health. Come along to this gorgeous class and rediscover the incredible response of your body and mind when you surrender into self-love.
This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. In the super-gentle practice of Yin Yoga, we will use blocks, candles, aromatherapy, organic, flaxseed eye-pillows and blankets to ease into a state of deep support and rest. Weekly Classes & Joining The Waitlist.
Come along for a taster class (£10) to any of the below classes if they are not full but they are filling up fast for Jan - March so you may prefer to go ahead and book the term here to guarantee your spot.
If a class is full, please let me know if you’d like to be placed on the waitlist in case someone drops out. This will also ensure that you are contacted as soon as the next batch of classes are released (April-June) so that you can book the new term.
Classes are suitable for beginners and improvers. Each class runs for one hour and 10 mins with a new theme and focus for each class and keep it interesting. We practice to calming music, stretching, breathing, opening up the body, then moving through some more challenging, dynamic, strengthening postures before slowing it down again, coming back to a more calming meditative state.
We relax to the scent of lemongrass at the end of class to ensure that everyone really switches off in Savasana (corpse pose) for the full 5 minutes. Its a gorgeous class that will leave you feeling amazing.
