Hey Respira Yogis. We have some exciting news to share with you!
Due to popular demand we are launching a second Tuesday night Yoga Class at Whitmore School, Harrow! You can expect the usual blend of deep, dynamic yoga, creative sequencing, pranayama and meditation.
Get ready to start your journey of self-exploration, living well and becoming more present in your life. Remember that no experience or flexibility is required to practice Yoga. Yoga is for everyone! The class takes place at 6.15pm and will be led by Isabelle. (9 week term from Tuesday 30th Jan to 27th March 2018 @ £90).

Pose of the Moment - Uttanasana or Forward Fold
We hang out here often in class, soaking up the sensation of calm as the blood flows in the opposite direction, triggering the nervous system to switch to rest and digest - which is where the healing happens.
Allowing the spine to decompress as the head hangs as a pendulum on the end of the spine. Surrendering to the now as we allow anything that weighs us down to cascade off our backs, leaving us lighter.
Next time you’re feeling anxious or stressed, try it. Bend the knees, fold slowly from the hips and let the head go. You’ll be amazed at how powerful the effects of this wonderful inversion are.

This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. In the super-gentle practice of Yin Yoga, we will use blocks, candles, aromatherapy, organic, flaxseed eye-pillows and blankets to ease into a state of deep support and rest.

Come along for a taster class (£10) to any of the below classes if they are not full but they are filling up fast for Jan - March so you may prefer to go ahead and book the term here to guarantee your spot.
If a class is full, please let me know if you’d like to be placed on the waitlist in case someone drops out. This will also ensure that you are contacted as soon as the next batch of classes are released (April-June) so that you can book the new term.
