Hey Respira Yogis! I hope that you're settling into Autumn well and enjoying the beautiful changes that nature is presenting us with. This is a time to flow with the rhythms of nature, turning inwards, releasing, letting go, setting new intentions and finding balance in our lives. And when it comes to finding balance, releasing and letting go, yoga is just the ticket!
As the air becomes crisp, the leaves start to turn and the days grow shorter be sure to come and join us in our yoga practice as we reflect on what has passed, letting go with each exhale and with each inhale welcoming in the new.

We have just released the new classes taking us through to the end of the year. Most classes are at full capacity so don't delay and book now to avoid disappointment. Remember that when you book a term pass, if you have to miss a class you can make it up by attending another class during the term. Just send an email to confirm when you'll be attending instead.

We are partnering with Royal National Institute for the Blind to experience some of the challenges faced by blind people and to raise funds by holding a Restorative Yoga Class In The Dark. Suitable for all levels & recommended for anyone seeking stress-relief or a quiet space to unwind.
