Join me for a nourishing afternoon dedicated to supporting the nervous system and easing anxiety. This retreat is a gentle, practical exploration of how yoga can help us rest, regulate and feel more resourced in our everyday lives. We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and learn simple tools you can return to again and again. 🌿 What we’ll explore: • Gentle Hatha & Yin Yoga to calm body & mind • Yogic tools for working with anxiety • yoga breathing to regulate the nervous system • Sound Healing for deep rest and integration • An introduction to nervines and natural nervous system support This space is open to all levels — especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or in need of a softer pace. ✨ Spaces are limited. Please note that Respira Studio is an intimate space and yoga mats are placed quite close together. A larger studio may be more suited to you if you prefer to have more space.
