Sunday 2nd Oct 2-5pm Join me for a soothing afternoon deep-dive as we explore the many tools that yoga has to offer to help still your busy mind, improve your sleep and allow you to find a sense of peace and balance. We will work specifically with anxiety busting postures (asana), breath practices (pranayama) & mindfulness techniques which are highly effective at soothing the nerves and preventing anxiety from spiralling. These practices have worked wonders for me in my own experience of battling anxiety and I'm excited to share with you my best tried and tested yoga-based techniques to aid self-regulation when it is needed most. Life is too short to be weighed down or held back by anxiety and stress, so go ahead and book this afternoon mini-retreat, then walk away with a far deeper understanding of why you are experiencing anxiety and stress and feel fully equipped to manage it effectively with the tools of yoga. Takes place in the beautiful Respira Yoga Studio, North Harrow. Space is very limited so please book your spot soon. Delicious snacks and all yoga props are provided.
