We have all been hugely affected and moved by the war in Syria and many of us would love to do something to help the people dealing with such terrifying & inhumane circumstances.

How you can help..

We have secured a wonderful space at the Harrow Arts Centre where we can all come together to practice yoga and send our love and support to those who need it most in Syria.

I will be keeping you all up to date on the money that, together, we raise for this vital cause.
